The fandomates direction is implemented by EcoPartners Group (EcoTechnologies unit) together with "Zelenaya Sobaka" company. The group also includes: Tver Recycled Polymers Plant (TZVPP), RzhevMash machine-building plant, which produces containers and equipment for sorting of solid waste.

It all depends on where a fandomat is installed. In Russia, we recycle plastic bottles from Moscow fandomats at the Tver plant of recycled polymers (Тверской завод вторичных полимеров), which is our group's plant. We take the aluminium to our partners, the Vsevolozhsk Aluminium Alloys Plant.

Almost all of our fandomats are equipped with a wrinkler. When a user deposits a bottle or can, it is crumpled, punctured and goes into the container, but if for some reason the crusher has failed to compress the packaging (e.g. it is too rigid), it will still go into the container. This makes the container take twice as long to fill - this reduces the cost of servicing the fandomat.

All models shown can accept up to 2l:

• plastic beverage bottles (PET)

Glass bottles up to 2 litres can be accepted by a separate model.

You will know when the fandomat is full in real time: A built-in sensor sends a signal that the container is full and the machine sends an email. An employee replaces the bag with a new one and takes the collected raw material to the storage area. From there, we regularly take the collected raw materials to our own recycling plant and to the plants of our partners for processing. If the fandomat is overfilled before an employee replaces the bag, fandomat will not accept the raw material: the screen will show that the fandomat is overfilled. After replacing the bag, the fandomat will start working again.

A fandomat can hold ~400-800 bottles and cans (value varies greatly and depends on the volume of the packaging).

The software allows you to keep track of the number of coupons issued, objects delivered, their weight and display the information in the form of tables or charts, which will be sent to your email automatically. You can view statistics for a week, a month, a year or any other period.

We usually take the collected raw materials out 1 or 2 times a month: this schedule allows us to optimise our logistics costs. Only clean raw materials go into the fandomat: they do not spoil or smell. This means the bags can be stored in the store room or in the storage area until collection.

We can take care of the maintenance of the fandomats; we have technicians for this and have developed an application system that helps us automate the process. Also, every one or two months, our specialist makes a tour of all fandomats and checks them. Some tasks can be solved remotely, so sometimes a specialist visit is not necessary and we solve problems remotely.

We can set up virtually any loyalty system. For example,

• a fandomat can upload credit points to a loyalty card,
• print out discount coupons with a unique barcode or QR-code,
• display a unique QR code on the screen for the user to take a picture of it,
• Send an SMS with a unique barcode or QR code.

We can customise the software to show anything on the screen: video, photo, text or animation.
